From a young age, I’ve always enjoyed fixing things, improving spaces, and understanding how a home truly works. Over the years, I’ve built a diverse, hands-on background that includes basement development, home improvements, landscaping, fence and deck construction, and full renovation projects on my own rental properties and business locations. Developing a legal basement suite from start to finish gave me valuable experience working through HVAC, electrical, plumbing, framing, flooring, and more; that practical knowledge gives me a well-rounded perspective on the inner workings of a home.

Alongside this real-world experience, I’ve completed comprehensive InterNACHI education to ensure I’m meeting the highest standards in the inspection industry. Together, this blend of training and hands-on understanding allows me to identify concerns, explain them clearly, and support clients through one of the biggest decisions they’ll ever make.

I take pride in delivering inspections that are thorough, professional, and easy to understand; my goal is to help every client feel confident, informed, and supported from start to finish. Whether you’re buying, selling, or simply wanting clarity about your home, I’m committed to providing the trusted insight and dependable service you expect from Atta-Boy.
