My name is Ramandeep Singh, and I bring a strong foundation in multiple trades combined with a passion for architecture and building design. With a background spanning the trades, manufacturing, and applied sciences, I take a meticulous, detail-driven approach to inspecting homes; providing clear, comprehensive insights so clients can make confident decisions with complete peace of mind.

I developed my precision and commitment to quality while working at Kitchen Craft in Winnipeg, where craftsmanship and attention to detail were part of the daily standard. Today, as an Atta-Boy franchise owner in Ontario, I am committed to delivering inspections that are honest, thorough, and clearly communicated. I don’t just evaluate a home for function; I appreciate the craftsmanship and intent behind its design, while staying current with emerging technologies shaping the inspection and real estate industries.

My foundation in the trades began at Saint Lawrence College in Kingston, Ontario, where I studied mechanical systems, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical; building a practical understanding of how residential systems are constructed and operate.

Outside of work, I enjoy home brewing mead and craft beer, including a Baltic porter brewed with cardamom and orange peel that earned 1st place in the Project Brew competition. I continue to experiment with small-batch mead and beer, refining recipes and techniques at home.
