David did a superb job inspecting our new home. His report gave us confidence to remove conditions and was filled with important facts about the home. He also provided referrals for trades should we need any, and was available when I had questions even after the inspection was done. Highly recommend!
Can't say enough good things about using Dave at Atta Boy for our home inspection. We opted to do mold sampling and sewer scope. His communication was prompt and professional. His inspection was thorough and was able to give us ball park ideas of the required fixes. We had issues with our home after we moved in and he went out of his way to help us follow up and get connected to the right people. He is very knowledgeable and was able to give us teaching in layman's terms since we aren't handy ourselves. We greatly appreciated him and would recommend his company to anyone needing a thorough home inspection!
We had Wes inspect our house we recently purchased and he was great! He was thorough, took his time to explain, answered any questions we had and had some excellent advice. We had a great experience with him and he even took the time to come back for a follow up inspection/moisture reading in our basement. I've got nothing but great things to say and highly recommend this company for your home inspections.
Gus was very thorough, detailed, educated and honest couldnt ask for a better service. Whatever you’re paying him its not enough give this man a raise!

I used David at Attaboy for the home inspection on my first home and it was a great experience! David and his trainee acted as our inspectors and they were friendly and very informative on any questions and concerns we had! They also provided us with great information on recommendations for maintaining the home!
Once again we utilized the services of Atta-Boy. And once again Don was there waiting for me! We've been in discussions with our builder - with disagreements and the builder downplaying flaws.
Don shut that down quickly and explained plainly the defects, and what needs to be done...saved us a lot of time, expenses and work. Overall, fantastic service.

Chris Machushek was very thorough and transparent about the home inspection process. He showed me and disclosed all the issues that were safety concerns.
He had integrity and put his clients first, before the realtor. He’s trustworthy, accurate, and accountable in his report.
Because of Chris, we were able to walk away from an unsafe home and protect ourselves.
I would highly recommend Atta Boy Property Inspections and Chris Machushek to anyone who wants professional, honest service in Saskatoon.

We were very happy if the inspection performed for us. We had good timelines and communication. The inspector took his time with the inspection and let us know any issues with our new house. The whole process was very smooth and helped us feel confident in our purchase.
